Sounds like a good night out, we all suffer however. next day, you should be ok.

Have a large glass of whole milk and learn how to know your limit, We all feel like something is dancing on our heads when we celebrate, better by tomorrow.

My love, do not be scared!

I bet you feel awful. Your throat is burning because vomit is acidic. Either drink a glass of milk or take some antacid tabs from the chemist, such as Rennies, Bisodol, etc.

Andrew's Liver Salts is very refreshing, too.

Don't panic. You will gradually feel better. I'm an A & E nurse and I've seen people like you an worse than you - and none of them died.

They just felt really terrible for two days or so.........

    Hi Charlotte,

Yes u can burn ur throat with the acid from ur stomach I've done it before. Not too long ago I got the drunkest I've been and I was not OK for a couple of days. My head was really spaced.

Try not to be scared. Sleep and plenty of water will get this better. You will recover fully.
