To people with gallbladder problems

Hi guys.

Some of you may know me, and some of you may not. All in all, I've had ongoing and worsening gallbladder issues for over 8 years, and the scans and doctors couldn't tell me why. No stones were ever found. They never wanted to do a HIDA scan, but I am sure that would have shown a low fraction ejaction.

I decided I needed to help myself. I came across a very good book (and very cheap for the kindle) on amazon, and it has literally changed my life. I'm not sure I am allowed to name the book publicly, so if you are interested in more details, please feel free to PM me, and I will give you the name of the book.

The book is basically a strategy towards eating habits, so it is not easy, and it is not a quick fix. It did however start to show improvements for me personally, after only a week.

At the moment I am pretty much symptom free, and have not had a gallbladder attack since starting this.

Hope you all are doing well!

Tom

That's good the book has worked for you. If I hadn't been through enough I would go down that road. It's time for an op for me. I hope you continue to improve and this is the answer for you.

It's also important to know that sometimes the GB just has to go. The book also mentions this. I hope you will have a speedy recovery, and finally live normally!

That's great! I would love to hear about the book. I just had my gallbladder removed a week ago Friday.

I am so glad it has helped you, my op is coming up. Sadly all dietary changes and suppliments and naturopaths havent helped me sad

Ox bile and digestive enzymes keeps things as smooth as possible but still unwell.

I dont have gallbladder 'attacks' though, mine is constant and chronic, always there, just escalation of symptoms.

I am sorry to hear about your condition, but hopefully the OP will put and end to that! Keep us updated on how you are doing!

      Best wishes
