Too long to achieve orgasm

Posted , 4 users are following.

have had this problem for a number of years. I have no problem getting an erection and can maintain it for a long time; however I can sometimes not orgasm for around 2 and sometimes 3 hours, which obviously is exhausting and at times painful. I have had a long standing pituitary gland problem (too much prolactin) that has been managed by medication for over around 6 years. I have had blood tests (though not for about 2 years) that have indicated normal hormone levels. I am due for an appointment (end of December) to have this overall condition reviewed, but now have an active sex life so would like to get the full experience. Are there reasons why I am not able to cum quicker or any tips out there for finishing quicker? Would something like Viagra help?

Thanks in advance

    Hey Max

I think all men have this problem one time or another. Have you tried different thing to get yourself more excited. It all in your head not the one below it on the time. I man has to get that spark to have that orgasm. 3 hours is a little much. 30 minutes is great for me

Have your partner talk dirty or do more floor play, touching, oral. There has to be something to get you more turned on. I know they have a gel that you can put on your penis to make it more sensitive. Maybe that will help

    Good luckKen

you don't need Viagra if you get and maintain erections.

if you come almost every day then the stimulation to come is less strong . but if you didn't come in 1 week or more the stimulation comes fast.

Some of us guys train in the early years not too come too soon so we satisfy the girl , but than this habit can stick with you and it's not easy to come when we want.

    Hi Max

    I've had this problem

You might have already tried these, but they helped me.

If you are using condoms - ditch them. Even well fitted condoms reduce sensitivity

    Don't masterbate

    Don't watch porn

And definitely don't masturbate to porn

All of the above reduce sensitivity for real sex, so are best avoided.
