Too much lorazapam

I take 1 mg in morn, 1half in afternoon and 1and 1 half at night for sleep. Can I skip afternoon pill and take 2 at night instead so I'm not so sleepy during day without effect?

    sorry just seen the mgms in each tablet. I would discus with your dr.

    Hello, yes, you need to speak to your doctor, to see how much you can take in one go. You could probably drop morning one to half, and keep afternoon half, and you shouldnt be quite so tired during the day. Not sure whether you can use the half you save, can mean you can take 2 in the evening. I would think dropping morning to a half, and keeping afternoon half, will give a better effect during day, so you get a more even dose, and better overall effect, than 1 whole one in the morning, then no more until the evening. Not sure whether you can take 2 at once though.

    Best to discuss with your dr as dropping the dose too quickly is inadvisable due to interdose withdrawal.

      I have been on diazepam cor. Onths and i am finding it now ineffective, would lorazepam be better
