Tooth nerve pains and sensitivity

I have my two teeth filled and since then i have not chew or bite or drink cold water anything on that side, i went to a doctor who did x-ray found out the nerves were touched during d filling.  what do i do to reduce the pains and sensitivity.

do i numb it?

    If I was in your shoes I would go back to your dentist and get it sorted. I would not put up with that. Your dentist should have been more careful.

    I have had dental work and I'm not reeling in discomfort. So something is not right.

    You should complain to your dentist you are suffering unnecessarily now.

      You can also do a mouth exercise which might help you a bit.

      Opening and closing your mouth with your tongue pressing against the roof of your mouth for ten minutes. It helps me when I feel my head nerves migraines come on.try it anyway 😊
