tramadol addict former oxy addict

i've been taking tramadol for 7 months...realizing now that i want to stop taking it I can't!  Terrible terrible sweats, upset stomach and so many tears.  Any advice?

    just checkin in.  update  i am down to 2 ml in am and 1.5 ml in pm of methadone.  take 1/5 tab of the clonazapam.  per day.  should i be worried about the clonazapam at that low dose?  completely off of tramadol.  my husband takes it off an on for pain.  I found his bottle the other day and had NO desire to take it.  That's got to be a good thing

    Well it's been six months. My doctor put me on methodone.  Started on liquid 8 mil per day.  I'm down to .6 mil per day.  Almost there.  Thank god.  I had to stop posting and reading because it actually increased my anxiety.  OH and i had to wean off the anxiety med too!  What a mess.  I'm feeling human again.  And hopeful.  Everyone hang in there, be strong.  You can do this.    To all that advised me, thank you....slow is the only way.  I will NEVER take this again.  Hopefully no other opiate.   I have chronic pain, but hoping excersise will get me through.  God Bless
