I recently started using this forum and am finding really helpful.I am surprised though by how many people are suffering so badly, not just on and off but all the time and don't seem to be getting much medical help. I'm can't believe that in this day and age with so many advances in medical technology people can be left alone in this state.
So I'm wondering what does help? i'm looking at dietary changes, CBT, psychotherapy and hypnosis, has anybody had really postive experience of these things? i'm not looking to be cured but just to be able to lead a relatively normal life. Any postive experiences you can share would really help me make an informed choice. Thanks everyone for your help.
