i had a TRHR two years ago. After a few weeks i started experiencing terrible pain and could not lift my leg by itself. After numerous tests, it was determined i needed to have surgery to take another look as the surgeon called it. It was determined that i had a muscle tear. Long story short, the dr. used a cadaver muscle and lots of stitches. Things went good for a while. I began having pain and burning. I had steroid injections and they did not help. While doing the injection the PA said it was like trying to inject a needle into sand. It was real grainy feeling. They now think the cadaver muscle has calcified. Has anyone had this to happen or know of anyone that has had issues such as this?
