Trigeminal neuralgia or TMJ?

hi! so going back to may 2020 i started with ear pain (no infection) they said tmj.

got pregnant in sept 2020 pain got worse and my teeth were aching and neck.

had a neck and head mri all ok december 2020.

start of may 2021 my teeth and gums hurt! the dentist said my teeth are ok!

oral max is saying tmj! as my face is constantly a dull ache! my baby is 7 months and im still like it 😦

ive been on amatriptyline for 2 weeks now. getting so low.

anyone had awful pain in teeth and face that its tmj?

    When teeth are in pain, its usually because of gum disease. It means you may need to extract some teeth. This is usual but in your case it could be because of the pregnancy, and aftereffects. You may need to speak to your dentist.
