Trouble with mouth ulcers

Just wondering whether anyone else has noticed an increased problem with mouth ulcers. I tend to get them when stressed, but at the moment as soon as I get rid of one another has appeared.

I've been on a website for info and it suggests there is not enough vitamins B and C in my diet. I take a multivitamin tablet daily before I go to bed but it looks as though this is not enough.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm like you and get them at those times. It's just that for the past 3 or 4 weeks I've had 2 or 3 and as those clear up, there are 2 or 3 new ones. It's beginning to really get irritating! :x

I don't normally get mouth ulcers but this last week my tongue has been really sore with them. I too take a multivitamin at night and eat plenty of fruit so I think I am getting plenty of Vit C. Hooray for Bonjela :D

think it might be something that's going round, if in fact mouth ulcer's are something that can go around as I know of 2 people at work, non on the tablets who have had them really badly this week.

Speak to your GP and see what foods you can take to up your immune system to deal with this
