I know how incredibly hard it is to be positive at times. When I was diagnosed my consultant said to me PMA (Positive mental attitude) will help you through the darkest moments. You can choose to either to use PMA or just let it get the better of you. I thought she was barking mad but have to confess this morning I just did not want to get up but managed with a huge dose of PMA and have managed to walk the dogs and enjoy it and have come back feeling so much better I have even tackled some housework! May pay tomorrow but today is good and I have a couple of days off work anyway if things go pear shaped.

I totally agree with you. Taking a day at a time is the way forward. I do have bad days but I try to be more positve and find if I choose that route my day is far better than starting the day off in a negative way.
