I am 34 and recently got the test done for thyroid, and doctor mentioned its hyper thyroidism. and I started taking tabs from last one week:
Neo_Mercazole 10 mg 1-0-1
Ciplar 40mg 1/2 -0-1/2
Please need yr suggestions on below?
1) Is hyper thyroidism permanent?, how long the treatment needed.
2) Any natural ways to control it?
3) I recently got married, does it affect my married life?
4) I have a mild swollen node, is it because of this?

Hi ivan95, I am sorry you haven't received any replies. I know just a little about hyperthyroidism, as I am hypothyroid.
I would first suggest you see an endocrinologist, if you have not already seen one, as they specialize in treating hyperthyroidism. If you did see one, I would insist on information about it from that doctor, as I had the same happen to me. I had to read to learn anything.
1. It is normally permanent
2. I have heard there are natural hormone replacements available but may not be covered by insurance
3. This should not affect your married life
4. The node may be because of it, I am not sure, I would suggest looking it up.
I hope this helped you a little.
