TURP

Does Turp cause pain upon ejaculation, even though the semen goes out the bladder with urine.Does it effect the seminal vesicles and sperm producing mechanisms by the testicles. I know that people who have had procedures done can still produce sperm, it just takes a different route as bladder neck no longer closes when having an orgasm. I had a Turp done years ago and still have some issues. Is it alright to have sex with my future partner without worrying about things like this?

I've read several posts about post turp ejaculation and  from what I understand, the only real difference is that (as you mentioned) the sperm goes into the bladder rather than out the urethra. It feels different but there is no other issue associated with it. Many men live with this situation without any problems. I think it's perfectly OK to have sex; don't worry, just enjoy yourself.
