TVT Operation

Well I had my TVT operation on Monday under a local anaesthetic.  I was home the same day and woke up on Tuesday feeling as though I had done 10 rounds with a professional boxer and lost.

Did as I was told and rested all day and took the pain meds as prescribed.

Today I woke up a totally different person.  The everlonging back pain that I have suffered was much better and I felt like a person again and not an old croc.

The day so far has been good and again I have rested and taken the meds as prescribed.

Dare I say that I am venturing back to work tomorrow (desk job) and hopefully  I will be ok.

I can see only positive results so far.  Oh and the opwas no where near as bad as I thought to say I was awake.

Oh hlbrook this is such wonderful news. I know from personal and professional experience this procedure is easy to recover from and very successful. Take things easy though. Rest when you need to and keep in touch x

Great news but it's early days to be returning to work. If you drive you need to check if allowed to drive from my natural E as it's usually 6wks. Be careful. X

After the TVT it's ok to drive after about 2-3 weeks. Recovery is so much quicker with this procedure.
