Stress causes the reactions we have sometimes I get twitching . It's a strange feeling. I take OTC meds to rest and listen to music. After a few minutes it dies seem to pass.

Might help you you too a small resting period and relax.

It looks like your Anxiety is causing your problem, I do not know from your posts what if any medications you are taking. So all I can suggest is try taking Nurophen for a time, no more than 8 tbs daily, if not happy talk to your GP.

Have you been sitting in a draft ? Just something else to consider, although Anxiety does form above an eye

Have you tried to take magnessium glycinate capsule to see if it calms down?

Magnesium worked for me too. When I was super anxious back in 2006, I had blepharospasms and they drove me nuts. Recognizing that they were caused by anxiety and taking Magnesium supplements really did the trick for me.
