i know i feel the same , what i do know is that lots of people get it and

so many people comment about it on anxiety sites ,menopausal sites etc .. so thats got to be a positive ! look

at all these forums, for a start 99% suffer with anxiety it seems which is

the main contributor to the twitching , mine started 2 days before i went in for an operation in september so I know it was stress and anxiety but doesnt stop us anxious worriers googling and coming to worst conclusion ! LETS ALL enjoy Christmas afew drinks and hopefully we can relax !

I'm 42 and have been getting the same thing for over a year now. twitching and aches and pains. all of it. anxiety makes it so much worse. I now ignore it and I never google. it comes and goes and seems to be more pronounced around ovulation and my period. just ignore it and enjoy Christmas!! Don't give it another thought!!! Worrying over it will only make it worse and won't help you one single bit! hugs and Merry Christmas!

yes i have dealt with this the past year or so. i am 46. i also have health anxiety something terrible. Mine got so bad i was getting embarrassed bc i was having over exaggerated reflexes also. For some reason mine stopped completely a couple of months ago. i have no idea why. i am still anxious most of the time. I think i am dealing with the health anxiety a little better now since I've been dealing with it for so long now and I'm not dead yet lol. i would soak my legs in epsom salts. i couldnt do the whole bath bc it caused a yeast infection every time. As a side note some people treat their yeast inf. with epsom baths. Doesn't work that way for me! Anyway, having said all that, maybe its a phase and it will go away. i hope mine doesnt come back!

    Hi Lisa,

Among other things, I get twitching from head to toe, which fluctuates. My feet twitching really increases my anxiety as I keep fixating on the worst diseases it could possibly be.

Still have not made a neuro appointment. This has gone on for months.

It's horrible and really effecting me.

      Hi Donna,

      Sorry for belated reply.

Still twitching (and tingling) randomly, not as bad but it fluctuates . And I've still been to chicken to see a neurologist! I thought when this first started and now it's been about a year. No muscle weakness etc, but I would LOVE for it to all just disappear.

How about you, how are you going?
