But i have to go on something for anxiety its gotten too bad the past month what i have tried through the years is Lexapro, effexor, paxil, zoloft, prozac, Wellbutrin, hydroxyzine, what should i try that has less side effects? im getting desperate for my life back if i ever get it back im losing hope.

My periods were like that for a long time. some times every two weeks. But the bleeding brought a little relief for a short time and then all the symptoms would start over. Now I have not had a period for 7 weeks and the symptoms are amplified and my anger is off the charts. I am praying for my period to come to ease my pain and allow me to look at my husband without wanting to knock him out. For a while I settled into a routine with bad times and a little good after my monthly but I fear that this is the end of that. I do hope you can find some routine too. Some small victory that can help you maneuver through this awful time. diet changes helped me for while. cutting out alot of sugar and processed foods. But now Im in constant PMS so I have to have it! so here comes the weight gain again. Good luck!

The only antidepressant you didnt mention that may help you sleep is mirtzapine. I wish i could take it but i had a blood test telling me what antidepressants work with my body and its the only crappy ones with the worst side effects!!! I took zoloft (its supposed to be fine for me to take) I couldnt keep food down for two weeks i had horrible eye and arm twitches not to mention sleep paralysis. But when i took mirtzapine it just made me sleepy, dry mouth and hungry. I wish i could take it but i was told my body wouldnt process it properly so it would build up in my body causing seratonin syndrome. Of course my body would do that to me....im not aloud to feel good i guess
