Ugghhh nighttime :-(

Hi all,

Usually my symptoms are in the morning, as I've posted before, about 2 hours after I wake up.

Well today- my period decided to show up (last month started on the 26th....so it early)

Well now tonight- I've got that whole paranoid thing going on and trying to fight off the anxiety :-(

"Heavy head", but different than normal- more like the tremory like thing in the back of my head

The feeling like something is "right" around my neck.

A few times my ears got all pressure like.

Stomach gurgling and chest "annoyance", not really "pain" but sorta tight- and then gurgles.

Ever feel like there's gas just raging through your whole body? Lol

Ugghhh.

Sometimes I actually feel BETTER when I start- well not today ladies, not today.

Hope someone out there is having a symptom free day!!

It really is. It's funny because if you think about just ONE of the symptoms of peri- it's not so bad....say, one of the weird headaches- BUT what freaks us all out, is when they start to combine....and you get- a weird pain in you neck- followed by a headache, and then a muscle spasm in the other side of your neck, followed by a dizzy spell- moving into a bit of naesua, followed by a weak left arm feeling followed by a "tight chest" and then a sharp foot pain or some crap like that lol.

Then of course because of ONE extra symptom followed by any one of those, anxiety kicks in and heart palpitations start which only exacerbates every single thing lol.

I've only been dealing with all of the peri things for 8 almost 9 months- and I can't BELIEVE this goes on for years!

I seriously think this website should have meetup groups. It'd be like a big huge therapy session BBQ 😂

I used to take Advil for cramps and they'd be gone in like 15 minutes. Now? Takes a minimum of 30 and even then they're only eased and I'm able to deal with it.

Sometimes I try to pin down what my most hated symptom is- which one that makes me the most nervous.

I think I've decided it's the weird feelings in my head.

Like headaches in weird spots (OBVIOUSLY an expected brain tumor lol) and the feeling of "weight" or "shakiness" in the back of my head, and internal tremors or shakiness in various spots.

Those are the two that freak me out the most.

The others I've learned to not "totally freak out" about. But those two get me everytime.

If I could take one pill every day that's cost $100 but got rid of ALL the symptoms, I'd live on the street to take it 😂😂

Sometimes there's not much I can do.

I do think I've noticed some improvements since I started taking vitamins and doing some strange, yet healthy things.

I drink a superfood shake in the mornings and try really hard to eat before I've been awake for two hours.

I take a half teaspoon of black strap molasses and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinager in water every day.

      Vitamin D

      Fish oil

      Magnesium

And vitamin B complex when I have it, I'm out right now though.

The other thing believe it or not that I believe helps is WATER WATER WATER!

The ONLY thing I drink other than water is one cup of coffee in the morning and sometimes I don't even finish it because I know for a fact it increases my issues.

But I have a big bottle of water with me all day long everyday.

When I eat a lot of veggies and stay completely off of sugar, my symptoms are lessened.

But again- once the hormones start getting unbalanced depending on the time of the month- it doesn't matter and I'll still have a few really bad days.

I personally believe super healthy eating, a little exercise and low stress when possible "help".....but I haven't found anything that stops it.

I HAVE heard that taking a good adrenal support supplement helps, but I haven't taken one yet.

All these organic vitamins and supplements are so expensive so it's been impossible for me to get into a solid everyday regimen.

Hi str8tfans.  Hope you are feeling a little better today.  I can tell you that I have been going through this about 2 years now.  I am 45.  I have researched and tried all kinds of supplements.  I think you are on the right track with eating healthy , some exercise and low stress.....helps.  No magic pill.
