Ulcer or cyst or wart on tongue for 2 months...

i developed a small painful bump on the underside of my tongue about 2 months ago. i constantly changed from small to pea-sized. very painful. now it has become pea sized and stayed at this size. it is not as painful as before. i saw doctor when it was small and he told me to wait. but that was a month ago and its very hard to get another appointment without waiting 3 weeks. any idea what this is? seems to be filled with fluid.

    now even bigger. in light i can see blood vessels inside it
