ulcers and red spots

hi, i’m 17 years old and i’ve only had sex/done anything sexual with one person in the last 6 months and nothing like this has ever happened to me before i got an ulcer it looks like on my vagina it does not hurt itch or anything it’s just there my partner has never had an STD or STI and neither have i, i’m just very confused on what going on and there’s a 99% chance that it’s not a STD or STI does anyone have any suggestions of what this might be?  could it be a yeast infection?

    oh i also have rashes under my arms, i have flu like symptoms, and red spots on random places of my body and when you push down on them they hurt (the red spots are not raised)

    Girl i'm not trying to dissapoint you,

    But in order to do a correct diagnosis you'll need to post a pic.

    Since you are 17 that wouldn't be correct.

    I deeply suggest you talk it with your mum or dad,

    trust me that Is the best thing to do better do it now instead when it have went too far.
