Ulcers on my tongue - Please help!!!

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hi, I have a cluster of very small yet incredibly painful ulcers on the tip of my tongue. Like everyone else I don't really know what has caused them. In the past I've had the odd ulcer from time to time but nothing like this before.I've had these for about 2 weeks now and they don't seem to be going. They are particularly painful at night and prevent me from sleeping. Does anyone know of anything that can relieve the pain? They are making my whole head hurt! I've tried Bonjella but its useless. Any advice would be very gratefully received sad

Hello, well I also suffer ulcers of the mouth from time to time especially when I am run down or tired!! Corsodoyl mouthwash cures them in 2 days flat! The original in dark bottle is the only one that works! Use sparingly! I find raw tomatoes trigger these ulcers.... best of luck

I tend to use neat TCP applied with a cotton bud - painful but works and clears them up quickly

I always use Gengigel gel to sort my ulcers out as it noit only kills the pain but heals them in about 4 days. It is a little expensive but I would'nt be without it
