You mean your blood pressure goes up after you eat your meals? Are you eating something that raises your bp? I have read that on this forum from another person, but I never paid attention because I take bp meds. Hope you get to your problem. Please keep me informed.

When the pain attack comes it is the first sign that this is it. I never had high blood pressure but in this case the redness is something related to the blockage in the stomack I think. Womiting helps. I had my gallbladder removal 15.01

Hi dianne yes I get this thought I was going crazy tried to explain to people but they didn't get it about 5 minutes after I've eaten I get a burning sensation in the back of my head then my face flushes I spent a week in hospital back in September because I was being sick and this kept happening they found nothing even had ultra sound then I was rushed in christmas eve with pain and jaundice had mri scan and confirmed gall stones said that that's probably what was wrong in September but missed it I'm now waiting to have my gall bladder out I have very bad anxiety too maybe it's all connected as I read in a book about depression that your liver not working correctly can cause anxiety due to hormone imbalance does anyone else have depression / anxiety since being diagnosed with gallstones ?

If you feel that your face is heating up maybe just an idea to take your temperature and if you have one report this to your gp.  I had back pain with my gallbladder problems too, it is important to have an ultrasound.

I have the flushing too.  Keep a daily food diary, you are reacting to something your eating.   You will be amazed the connection you will find.  Read all  the ingredients in the foods.   You ate something with dairy, gluten, egg, soy, nuts. I would suggest seeing a allergist to get tested.  BY keeping a log of everything your eating/drinking, you will have  a pretty good idea what your food triggers/food sensitivities are... How soon after eating, do you flare up.  I react within 20 min. Sometimes longer and stomach bloating and nausea/vomiting..  Log all of it so you can take it with you at your appt. You may also have  a leaky-gut, leading to these food sensitivities... Something to check out. You may need to  heal your gut.  I too have stones, but after cutting out all these foods, NO more lengthy gallbladder attacks...Be careful with the gallbladder, removal unless absolutely necessary... Removal, is not always the answer. work with your GI doc. .Look at your labs, hida scan results, and other tests.. My gb is very low functioning, but when you change your DIET, it  can do miracles , I'm living proof of this mess...
