It's horrid isn't it.  I am on my second course of antibiotics in three weeks.  My flare ups seem to be constant.  I have continual tummy pain, pressure on my back passage which makes me feel as though I need the loo constantly.  Friday and today I have had two really painful days and feel extremely low.  I am just trying to drink as many fluids as I can, use hot water bottle and have taken paracetamol with codeine which is helping a little.  I am going back to the docs tomorrow - all I have been told so far is to let it take its course.

I really don't like the queasy feeling. Yesterday I had chills & a low grade fever. Are these antibiotics working ir just making you feel worse??!!

The antibiotics made me feel awful. They basically wipe out the good bacteria as well as the bad. It’s important to take the full dose - try to take them with some light food or if you’re on liquids only then with something that will line your stomach.
