I'm 14 weeks A&P repair, saw my consultant today as had a few problems,to be told I need physio to relax my pelvic floor, also being referred to colorectal surgeon to find out why my bowels aren't working properly(apparently this surgery doesn't interfere with your bowels even though GP said the nerve in your back passage can get bruised)on the positive I can go back to work on light duties and resume my sex life, which Hubby had a massive smile on his face(it's been 6mths not that I'm counting lol) Thank-you for all the support and advice ladies don't know how i would have coped without you all xx

Hello Melons. It's good to hear your good news. Your GP is correct about the bruising but that would have subsided now and not cause any problems x

My GP did say she thinks that there is a problem further up the bowel so I'm happy to be referred even if everything turns out to be fine at least i will know I'm just a very slow healer, Thank-you for alll your advice: Good luck in your New Home xx
