Update about my penis condition

I have already made an appointment at doctor but I wanted to ask this......even without erection my penis is really soft almost like gummy and when my foreskin is rolled over my glans for a longer time, my glans is like crumpled (Imagine taking scissors for example and if you push it to your skin it leaves these recesses on the skin) so exactly the same appears on my glans.......I also noticed that i have fewer sensation on the glans....I can for example feel cold/warm even the touch.....but it sometimes feels numb.......I am assuming that is either has to do something with low testosterone or I am having poor blood circulation. I am 19 and have been diagnosed with Varicocele by urologist in September. This could also be related.....I guess...........any opinions or suggestions will be appreciated. I can get an Erection but they are weaker and the tip of penis is super soft.....also if I do not focus they drop out quickly + I lost strong morning erections, which I used to have before.
