no i dont have herpes!!! even tho it come back i show my doctors the pictures and everything and my lips now she diagnosed me with nummeral exezma and atopic dermintis on my lips which can keep coming back which can cause blistes rash itch swelling she gave me a steroid to help but said i will always have it
