I have had this for a long time. Especially right shoulder to elbow, and along right breast/bra strap area. And both shoulders super bad. Scary and exhausting....hang in there!

oh yes, unfortunately...and it really stresses me out! Its like the back of my rib cage is sore and feels like they could snap like twigs if someone were to squeeze me...not much helps, but I take ibuprofen and use a heating pad,and try to relax and rest a bit more...time passes (maybe a week or 2) and It subsides but of course new symptoms show up like cramps, headaches etc. but hang in there and know you’re not alone. Reach out anytime someone is always here.

This is the time when our bodies tell us we are not using proper posture or not properly using our muscles. When our hormones decrease we will feel more aches and pains. I started seeing an osteopath and it has made a WORLD of difference. It can be something as simple as caring a purse over your shoulder, or improper foot wear. We have to start paying attention as to how we lift, carry and assert ourselves. Posture is a huge thing as well. Pain meds and muscle rubs only address the symptom but if you want to be rid of it, look into physiotherapy, osteopath, chiropractor, they all deal with mechanical function of the body.

I have pain around my left shoulder blade and down the back of my arm and sometimes my shoulder is involved. The doctor assures me it is not my heart, but it is scary. It is like a burning pain. Not horrible, but persistent. It doesn't hurt to touch and movement doesn't make it worse. I have no clue what is causing it, but it gives me anxiety.
