Back in Janurary I went to the ER with what felt like someone punching me in the epigastrium region happened three times over the day, caused a mini panic attack each time but then went away. They did an ECG, Lipase, Metabolic profile, CBC, abdomenal x-rays. Basically told me it was constipation, and told me take magnesium citrate to clear it out. I did that the next day, and haven't felt right since.
After that I started getting a dull gnawing feeling in my epigastrium region, started getting harder to eat, thought it was just acid / heartburn so I got pepcid complete and took it and felt ok. They gave me a pepcid in the ER and it seemed to help then. Took that for 14 days 2 times a day felt ok, but then stopped to see if it got better, nope it did not.
I went to my primary doctor described all the pains to him, he said its probably a stomach ulcer and put me on 60mg of dexilant daily. Which seemed to be helping but I wanted a H. Pylori test done to remove that from the issues, so stopped it for a while to take that test. the gnawing pain returned.
This is where stuff started to get odd, I started having panic attacks tied to stomach vibrations. I was also getting light headed (probably from not eating enough). If I drive to work in the morning the vibration form the car will shake my abdomen and I will start to feel wierd and I will start having the feeling of my heart racing and pounding and I can feel it in my stomach. I had one attack at home by walking around so bad that I thought my heart wasn't beating (it was, i didn't pass out or anything) had an ambulance come and take me to the ER. I was in such an attack that my arms were tingling and my legs were also. by the time I go to the ambulance I felt fine. ER did even more tests this time, Everything from CBC, D-DIMMER, TSH, Metabolic prof, troponin I, Chest X-Ray, ECG, B-Type natriuertic peptide, glucose all came back ok. I was giving 1 Liter of sodium chloride via IV and discharged.
During this whole time I have had diarrhea that varried from pure water to almost normal stool but softer then normal. It just would not go away. I took pepto bismol for two days and it hardenend up a little bit and wasn't as dizzy. But the stomach oddness presists.
Right now I can feel movment in my upper left abdomen, almost like a heart beat but faster then my current pulse. This happens anytime i go to the bathroom or eat so I assume its my colon moving, but I've never felt this before this whole thing started.
What would happen in my upper adbomen that would be affected by vibration / movement that would cause this discomfort and cause me to have what feels like heart palpatations / panic attacks?
The ER put me on prevacid 15mg daily, which seems to help a bit but my primary thinks its not strong enough for me. but did not switch me back to a higher med. He prescribed Viberzie (which is an IBS drug, and relatively new so I'm leary about taking it since it's new and not a ton is known about what it could cause yet)
I also have a GI specialist appointment but I have to wait a month to see them about this.... so was just wondering if anyone else had any ideas? or what might help until I get to see the specialist.
One more thing: my h. pylori test came back negative (it was a stool anti-gen test) I also had my magnesium serum level tested and it was perfect.
Thanks

Check and watch for any food triggers and chemicals that bring these symptoms.

I would try Viberzie. This is the best way of finding out if it works for you. If it doesn't work or is an irritant, you can always stop it and try something else.
