Upper Right Quadrant Pain and Menopause

Hi
Have not had a period in a year
had many symptoms getting here (anxiety, hot flashes and on and on)
I have a dull ache in my upper right quadrant
Already saw my GP who sent me for ultrasound .
He was looking mainly for gallbladder stones but did my whole stomach area
Nothing in the gallbladder
Everything else looked fine
Anyone else with this dull ache right where your gallbladder would be?
Thanks in Advance

I sure have! Totally understand this as when it happens, I always think that I am having a Gallbladder attack. It usually feels like a cramping sensation and it can happen for a few hours or on/off for a few days then goes away. I am really not sure what causes this but it is annoying. Hope this helps!

Dear nanc
Sometime before menopause , I had this discomfort and pain, I had numerous tests and nothing was found , no gallstones but in the end I had my gallbladder out and it was said to be infected , this wasnt picked up on the scans . It caused intense pains at times and the pain radiated to the back and caused nausea too
