Upping fluoxetine advise needed pls

Hi guys

Lookinh for some feedback really . I stadted on fluoxetine 10mg for 10days and then went 20mg for 22 day my doc moved me up to 30mg havent started them yet .. im taking them for anxiety and agraphobia .. im yet to see an improvement for tgis i know its early days and have experienced side effects such as weight loss, poor appetite; waking at night .

I guess my question is if i up again will i experience the side effects again and will it be like starting all over again ..

My life is such a pain right now im not living im just plodding along in a haze of anxiety . Im even dreaming about it ..

Someone pls tell this is going to be better one day !!

    I'm in the same boat too . But have been on for 15 weeks . When I upped 10 mg I was fine . Your still in the early days . I notice a huge improvement in week 10 but we're all different x I too have lost weight but my sleeping has gone ok now .

    My doctors tried to move me up from 20mg to 40mg but i wasn't having it. I am nearly 9 months on flou and stil only on 20mg. Its effects can greatly improve overtime with most people. If you get through the first few months you should notice and improvement but it takes a lot of patients.

    Only do what you feel is right for you, sometimes its easy for doctors to just prescribe more

    Take care, breath deep and try home hypnotherapy

      Thank you Woo . Yes I don't want to up the dose . Been on fluoxetine before so I don't understand why I'm like this . Yes I do home hypnotherapy. Always taking deep breathing techniques and yoga
