My doctors tried to move me up from 20mg to 40mg but i wasn't having it. I am nearly 9 months on flou and stil only on 20mg. Its effects can greatly improve overtime with most people. If you get through the first few months you should notice and improvement but it takes a lot of patients.

Only do what you feel is right for you, sometimes its easy for doctors to just prescribe more

Take care, breath deep and try home hypnotherapy

Thank you Woo . Yes I don't want to up the dose . Been on fluoxetine before so I don't understand why I'm like this . Yes I do home hypnotherapy. Always taking deep breathing techniques and yoga
