Urgent help

Hi please help

I’m 36 I’ve had these lumps on my penis I assume are wartsfor some time.. doc said ages ago that it wasn’t herpies but looks like some kind of hpv.  I’ve been suffering for years and creams from sexual health clinic don’t work , I bough in like Solmex I think it’s called didn’t work, I’ve used  bazooker to pint them off and freez sprays but they keep coming back..... I’m embarrassed to have relationships... I’m not sure what else to do .

    I would go get a culture done and find out just what it is.

    HPV isn't HSV. Most likely warts but I would just see what the doctors can do

    Thanks guys, I’m not happy seeing a female I’m very embarrassed...I desperately need treatment....

    I’ve had sexual with two people and both of them started blended and continued to bleed with stomach pains, ongoing I’m worried I have given them something.... I had a test few months ago for clymidia and gonarea all negative...
