Urgent [Phimosis] - Foreskin (almost) all the way back first time, corona doesn't look good..

I just managed to pull my foreskin almost all the way back for the first time two days ago, and ever since that I've been in a bit of a state of chock..

I understood that there would be a lot of smegma to clean off when i would manage to pull it back, but almost the entire lower part of my glans looks like a finger that's been in water for so long it turned wrinkly and grey (?)

Another thing is, my biggest problem with the phimosis is the fact that my glans is hyper-sensitive or what you would call it, so sensitive that anything touching it, feels like touching an open wound basically. But the wrinkly grey area I can touch without much discomfort (still bit), it feels almost as if the outermost skin layer of the corona has died and wrinkled up, but it might just be myself overthinking.

Would love to know anything possible

This is just built up smegma, what you need to do is soak it in water during bath time and clean it off using your fingertips or even a Q-tip. This isn't an emergency and in fact it's completely natural. Your skin is just dying and your body isn't absorbing it as fast as it should so you just need to help it out and clean it. Soak it in water to loosen that up and work on it 2x a day- they hypersensitivity should acclimate in a week so that you can start doing it on a daily basis

Are you currently stretching the phimosis so that you may retract it easier?

Yes, started with steroid cream, then surgery, now steroid cream and stretching. Never stretched when i first started with the cream as i weren't thoroughly informed, which is looking back at it probably why it didn't work that effectively.

What surgery did you do? And congrats on your road to recovery!

Actually don't remember what the procedure was called anymore, some kind of incision on the inside of the foreskin.

It was probably a prepucoplasty. How is the smegma doing?
