Urolift after 4 days

Had the procedure 4 days ago. Dr said I would not need a cath. but woke up with one inserted. Dr explained that I had a shelf like restriction at the bladder/urethra area that was causing a problem but said we would monitor and see how much improvement there is. Bleeding stopped on day 2. Cath was removed 2 days after procedure. I was peeing great that (day 4). Day 5 things are slowing down and feels like I'm not completely voiding all urine. Very little sting while bleeding at 1st, now not at all. No pain, feeling fine but worried about this "shelf" problem. Dr said I might need a TURP ! He does TURP and Urolift. I don't know if the cath. helped me to pee better at first or if it was from the procedure. Dr explained that he could not see this "shelf" so did not discover until the procedure. Seems he should have maybe done some imaging 1st. Anyhow, anyone know about my problem?
