Vagina issues

I had a yeast infection a couple days ago, is the BV or Herpes? Also I did shave before the infection happened so maybe razor bumps but probably not. I have a bit of burning and quite a bit of itching, it doesn't really hurt to pee but there is the faint sense of a burn. Random itching pains, and I dude use Monistat for the yeast infection and it did burn the first time I used it. Is my yeast infection still going? I dont have weird discharge, it's normal. I'm wearing an antibiotic ointment in the image btw but please help and advise. I already made a doctor's appointment but it won't be for a while.image

    it does look like a possible outbreak, however it could be irritation from yeast and shaving. have the bumps changed in appearance?
