Vaginal discharge and Urinary tract infection

Hi , 

I need advise on how to avoid UTI. I frequently suffer with vaginal discharge which leads to UTI. This UTI pain turns bad to worst and I need to be on antibiotics. I follow all the hygiene practices . 

Please help me with good advise to prevent it

    Cranberry juice and I started using wipes which help keep the area clean

    Hi,

    Cranberry juice is good option . I take Azo tablets when I face this problem . However as a preventive care I try to keep my undies clean . I tried panty liners but they were worst. Recently I have come across some panty which says " changeable crotch piece" . I have asked for a free sample. Will let you know on this forum after using it ..

    I dont remeber the name ... it is something like espur or ezspur
