Valium causing headache

Every time I take a Valium I get an extreme headache in my forehead! What do y'all recommend to take for an over the counter remedy?

    I would talk to your Doctor. Advised if taking that med and if getting a headache.

    Be careful if you decide to come off that med. Very slow tapering with small amounts.

    I'm currently tapering a benzo 3-5% every 2-4 week's. Also the Ashton's manual may be of some help.

    You would be better not to take Valium in the first place and as already mentioned very carefully taper off it.
