Vaping throat ? Scared

Hi! New to this site but am anxiously awaiting my doctor appointment and took some pictures of my sore throat.

I have post nasal drip that is mostly clear but if i clear my throat it becomes a little yellow / thicker. I don't have a cough or even headache rn. Its just my throat and sometimes sneezing. imageimage

Does anyone recognize this ? Is it from smoking? I have been vaping since I was 15 and it is very addictive . The longest I've lasted sober from vapes was a month !

I would really like to quit but I hope this isnt becasue of it. Nervous !!
