Varied Symptoms

Hello Everyone,

I'm at my wits end and finally asking the internet world for some help. I have visited at least 12 different hospitals, walk clinics over the last 1 year across several different cities but none can find anything wrong with me except for some neck arthirits. I have done multiple blood tests, urine tests, ct scan, ecg, mri and dye test. All came out clear.

I am 41 years old and a gym rat but even afraid to go and i run out of the gym at the slightest hint of dizziness. At this point i only go 30 percent of what i can do in the gym. Avoiding anything that raises my heart rate(afraid of a heart attack)

Diet: i dont drink or do drugs, smoke about 10 cigarettes a day, drink about 4 large bottles of water, lots of fruits and vegetables.

My problem? I Feel head pressure all over my head in different places. it so random. bowel movements sometimes make me feel dizzy sometimes not. it seems to be worst in the morning and tales off only to come back with a vengeance then tails off again. Caffeine and lack of sleep make it worse.

i get weird head sensations, weakness, unsteadiness, off balance and my neck is tight and sore. advil helps and so does sudafed. magnesium helps a lot. i get acid reflux, loads of anxiety and panic attacks. weird eye floaters, feeling hot, flush.

Multiple doctors, massage therapists suggested tight traps, neck muscles as the culprit or anxiety panic attacks.

i was also going threw some major issues in my life and marriage, and a new job. All day what i think about is stroke, cardiac arrest or heart attack. Thats all I Google from morning till sleep time.

once again my blood tests (multiple) came out pristine. the only thing found was neck arthirits.

    ahh , yes!

these symptoms do feel like its far worse than you could imagine.

My best bet is that your driving yourself crazy googling your symptoms. yeah, do not do that.

google just makes it worse because then you start diagnosing yourself

and doing that is gonna stress our your body , which means that you will end up getting yourself actually sick from stressing out so much.

    thats how our body works.

my suggestion is to lower your caffeine and for the love of GOD PLEASE STOP SMOKING CIGARETTES

my anxiety gets over the roof when i would smoke and drink coffee, since those stimulate your anxiety.

however , i also get the tension on

    my head

it feels like someone has their hands over me and grasping them.

its normal for someone with frequent anxiety to have that.

either you get use to it or fight the problem by quitting smoking and drinking too much coffee.

i do suggest going to get an acupuncture

you will come out relieved and ready to give so many hugs!

    feel free to reach me.

    youll be just fine

you sound like you have rumminating thoughts which in essense are thoughts that keep reoccuring. Try meditation. lie down on your back with your arms paralell to your body. TAKE THREE DEEP BREATHS THROUGH YOUR NOSE AND OUT OF YOUR MOUTH. THEN BREATH NORMALLY WITHOUT ANY FORCE IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE AND OUT OF YOUR MOUTH. AS YOU ARE DOING THIS LET THE THOUGHTS COME AND DO NOT ACT ON THEM IN ANY WAY AND FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHING AS DESCRIBED. PRACTICE THIS FOR 15 MINUTES EACH DAY. IT WILL BE FRUSTRATING AT FIRST BUT AFTER A FEW WEEKS YOU WILL GET THE HANG OF IT AND LEARN A LOT ABOUT HOW MEDITATION HELPS AND CAN EVEN CURE ANXIETY

just a simple thing have you asked for a vit d test, which can make you feel weird? also have you stopped to think what triggered all this? ask for support off someone who gives a damn. good luck, doesn't sound like much fun!

    hi,

sorry that you feel this way. i am 49 nearly and do suffer from depression, anorexia and anxiety. i have seen so many people with my many issues, get heart palpitations and get dizzy spell. i do smoke and i know it is sooo bad for you but it does calm me down dont drink or do drugs. i think maybe it is anxiety.

i have found a wonderful therapist who is a long way away but we have weekly phone sessions. it specialises in CBT and although i was very sceptic have done me wonders. my anxiety is nearly gone and i do go out now where as before i never would. it teaches you so many things and to control your brain where before i would panic and my brain would race around 24 7 with a hundred different things but now i just carry about 5 things in my head and address each issue. i am by no way fixed but i do have a life now and am not worried about things which i always would and it drove me crazy. i hope you do someone who can help you and if you need any other advise i would be happy to help you. i wish you the very best as i know you must feel like you are living in a nightmare. x

    Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your words of wisdom and advice. i have done multiple tests over and over again but everything comes out pristine.

perhaps it is just anxiety and panic attacks. i have reduced both cigarettes and coffee and I do feel better.

Maybe im just exhausted i work as a warehouse manager in the furniture industry which is dirty, heavy with fumes all day. since its nearly 1 million square feet i walk about 10-12 kilometres per day at work. Maybe im just exhausted.

i will look into cbt therapy next.

once again thank you for all your advice.
