Very Bad Day Today

Hi all Fibro Pals
I,today are in a mess throbbing from head to foot and it feels as if my whole body is shaking...Yesterday I were driving home and were on a clear straight road in readiness to Pass a Tractor. There was a man in a Mercedes behind pushing me. I indicated and pulled out, next thing I looked in my wing mirror and the Mercedes was trying to Pass both Me and the Tractor...I felt my car getting Bumped...I Paniced and Pulled over...After quite a few exchanged words, and details he left the scene. Luckily the car was not damaged only the Alloy but thats bad enough.. I sat in my car for half an hour after shaking and crying I did'nt even have my phone on me...I were in a right mess yesterday from it, and not alot better today either...Sorry to rant on, but I had to tell you all...

I drink Camomile tea every other day, and green tea every other day. Does not seem to do a great deal for me. Yes I am feeling a little better now thanks. I have put the accident from Monday at the back of my mind now. Best place for it.. Have a good day...Anne...

if you have any relaxation cds use them to calm your system
if not look for free relaxtion on you tube .
the stress you had during this incedent could start a flare up so stamp on it quick hun..

you have to learn to relax i know its not easy it took me an age to learn to switch and do relaxation , now i can do it with the phone ringing and every thing .it will take time . have you got any lavender essential oil thats what you need calming not stimulating.
more you stress and keep thinking about it and going over it the more stressed you will get the more stress chemicals you will release into your blood stream the more pain you will get
,its as simple as ABC ,i am not pretending its easy because its not . and in the end its your choice. your dealing with the flight or frieght syndrome
take a look at brain retraining programes for ME/ fibro on the net its explained well there .
