Hi Michelle. You ok ish- how you feeling? I've taken a big dose of cocodomol last night & today because of ongoing colitis pain & kidney stone gravel pain in groin/pelvic area, so bit dosey. 1st night of 12 days of progesterone capsules, so along with cocodomol for other, I slept brilliantly last night & feel calm & relaxed today for it. They do say that progesterone is the hormone to help with sleep (that's why they recommend taking it at bedtime) my gp is on same hrt regimen as me - I saw her yesterday - she said she is sleeping great after 1mth on hrt - she no longer wakes up in middle of night planning work!!! xxx

      Hi looloo

I'm not to bad thankyou. I did get 6 hours sleep which is good. I went out for lunch with my husband and daughter which was a change. My daughter is in the last week of her gcse's. I've still got headache but trying to ignore it and relax head and face, lol. I take the progesterone tablets like you for half the month. How many days of the month do you take them again? Xx
