Very Scared This is Herpes please help me!! (Picture)

i had a small bump in the tip of my penis ans i accidentally scartched it while examining it in thw shower. its pretty painful, burns a little when i pee, no discharge however the pee hole seems to be kinda crusty. there are 3 little white dots along withs the two scabs. the back of the tip of my penis is also tender. i have been losing sleep over this please help!!!!image

    It looks like it could be the beginning of an outbreak. Are you having any flu like symptoms?
