Very sore circumcised penis (pic included)

i was circumsized when i was a preteen, when i hit puberty i started getting very sore raw skin on the head of the penis and towards the top of shaft, was given steroid cream to cure the problem and i have been using it for 20 years which i know is bad. i wanted to try and find something else that works but having no luck so far. any suggestions? want to avoid going to the gp if possible. it makes sex very painful. not 100% sure what is wrong but was told that it is eczema.

    start by using non bio washing liquid and get underwear that doesnt irritate and try some coconut oil its very soothing for sore and dry skin

    If you want to end what you have had for 20 years or so you need to see a dermatologist that specialises in genital skin disorders.

    Find out which is the largest sexual health or GU medicine facility (these are called GUM Clinics if you are in the UK) phone them and ask how you get to see a specialist dermatologist

    Why would you want to avoid seeing a gp ?
