Visit to the doctors

Got an appt. for tomorrow.  My doctor is lovely but I still don't like going.  I always think I am wasting their time.  I also worry because I have got health anxiety that it is all stress that's causing the problem

      Went well at the doctors.  Put me on Topirimate.  See how it goes.  Seeing her again next friday

      Yes it went ok thanks.  Put me on tablets to help with my headaches.  She  was lovely and listened to what I had to say.  Thanks for asking.  It's nice to know I am not on my own

    Hi phoebe what type of headache are u getting? have u tried rubbing lavender oil on ur temples it could work and lavender relaxs u hope u feel better soon x

      The pain is mainly one side and a sort of stabbing pain.  I was worried it was a tumour but my GP said I would have other symptoms.  I also had my eyes checked and everything was normal.  Also the doctor did a neuro exam.  I will try lavender.  Can you use pure oil
