Vitamins/supplements to boost serotonin levels

As I know this is the feel good feeling which some ppl lack ( maybe me as ocd runs in family but I just have social anxiety) or any other vitamins/foods which make you feel better

    I used to work for Nature's Bounty, the vitamin and supplement company =) St. Johns Wort is a very popular vitamin for anxiety/depression. Also, they say 5-HTP and Vitamin B can be very good for balancing mood and giving you energy, etc which can help counter things like anxiety/depression.

    I always wanted to try St. John's Wort but unfortunately it can lessen the effects of birth control pills, which would not be good for me =(
