    Hi,

I don't suffer from flushes much but am interested in the magnesium you mentioned.

I take magnesium daily, Chelated Magnesium, but these don't help with my sleep.

Please private message me the brand you bought.

    Thanks Jx

Vitamins are a good source of help. My question is have you found a vitamin that has all of you need? I know we cannot list brand names but I just wanted to know if there is one. Im not into taking a whole bunch of different pills.

I agree completely vitamins can make a huge difference.

Vitamin D3 (in more than just the little 400 iu doses ) is great for keeping you smiling and your moods balanced. You should take vitamin K2 with this though to stop the vitamin D3 causing heart issues.

And magnesium has also helped me a lot with sleeping too - plus it actually works well with D3. There are a lot of different sorts (as well as brandswink and some of the cheaper forms of magnesium are either not very well absorbed by the body( Magnesium Oxide) or can cause quite a lot of painful digestive problems (Magnesium Citrat- though its great against constipation). I take either  Magnesium Glycinate or magnesium Taurates and they have really helped for sleeping.

Occassionally I have tingling in my fingers (which really worried me) and I use Vitamin B12 patches for that and it seems to stop it within a couple of days.

      Hi Victoria

I've tried (and still trying) Magnesium for insomnia, for over a year now.

Can't take citrate as upsets tummy, so take Chelated but doesn't seem to help with sleep issues.  I take 200mg with breakfast and 200mg after dinner.

Please tell me which brands of mg you find helps your sleep.  I know we're all different but who knows!

Private message me please. Also, the quanity that works for you

      Thanks jx

    Hi Irish Linda,

Yes I found they helped, I used good quality ionic multivitamins with minerals made from fruit.

If I ever ran out and got supermarket ones I knew within a week.

B6 is good so is b12 if you have low energy and I'm taking magnesium at night because it's supposed to help with sleep.

Hi Linda, would you mind to message me the brand of the vitamins you have tried? It is a nuisance that we can't mention them isn't it? Many thanks!
