Waiting on test results! Genital herpes. Help me please...

I went to the Dr and he said my vagina looks fine. We are doing a full blood work up but i'm making myself sick while i wait. I have the strange pins and needles feeling around my vagina and shooting pains down my leg. My hands and feet also feel like pins and needles. I had servere pain during sex. My dr keeps saying its a yeast infection and he doesnt see anything. I read some people dont get blisters but all the other effects. I am also getting weord bumps popping up on my fingers. 
Please tell me what you guys think..

the tingling and pain is mostly around my vagina though and my butt and shooting pain down my leg. is it possible to have those symptoms without blisters?

and every hair folicle i have down there burns! is isnt razor burn

i also just noticed this i got a ingrown hair out of it but i notice its real yellow in the center. its the only one i have

Some people with Herpes do get tingling sensations from the area the outbreak will arrive but before there's anything to see. This only lasts for a day or so and then you see the blisters. for those that get this it's a useful warning that an outbreak is on the way.
If your tingling has been going on for several days it doesn't sound like Herpes
