Waking up during the night aching

Does anyone else wake up 3-4am with a restless aching all over and feeling like you need to get down on the floor and do yoga moves to stretch your arms, legs, spine? It literally feels like a chemical is flooding your body.

Hi there what I mean is that it feels like something is circulating through your veins (I call it chemicals as it could be excess adrenaline) which makes you feel so achy and that you want to escape your own body. It could on for an hour or to and then just completely stop as suddenly as it comes on. There may be heat with it. It the leaves me exhausted.

I know exactly the feeling. Have had it for three days in a row, but have certainly experienced it on and off. Feels like there's electricity running through my limbs, but they feel weak at the same time.
