I wish I could help , but I can tell you that if I had that I would go to a dermatologist tomorrow.
I'm the worrying type .
I had a piogenic granuloma before that look similar to yours , but it was always wet , and I also had a big wart that a DR burned away with soldering gun , it looked like a cilindrical elevated disc so is different than yours.

You need to see a skin Doctor Right away, there are several types of skin cancer's, rule of thumb is if it itches, change in color, bleeds or gets bigger you need to be seen. Good Luck
