Last night we very weird towards the end of the night I started getting very dizzy and kind of disoriented which started to scare me a little bit. Then I tired to go to sleep and for some reason I kept waking up really scared, thinking I'm dying, wanting to run to the hospital, everything felt like it was closing in on me, hot and kind of freaking out. I would be extremely dizzy and felt like I couldn't see straight. Still kind of feeling that way now because I didn't get much sleep maybe. My head starting hurting and it was all very weird. This morning I'm the same way and when I try to go back to sleep my stomach gets upset and won't let me. I'm also very stuffed up my nose is horrible. I feel like I'm going crazy

Try to find some activity to take your mind off your symptoms. That often helps. Some people call crisis lines (like the Samaritans if you're in the UK) at times like this, as they find just talking to someone on the phone for a while helps them calm down.
This might well be a one-off, or at least something that only happens occasionally, and you may find you can contain it yourself. If it becomes a major problem, go and see your GP about it.

It does sound like you had a panick attack but just in case I'd advise you to see with your doctor what could have caused it.

I've had stress disorders along with depression and panick attacks for 4 years.
I've tried all sorts of herbal medicines that only worked for a short period of time so I gave up on these.
I found my lufe saviour and its called "accupuncture ".
Once a week along with yoga and a herb called xiaoyaowan (search on google) have helped me to minimize my problems to 90%! I cannot believe that all the panick attack and stress symptoms are gone now. I was crying from happiness that i could finally sleep like a baby. What a relief..
Try it yourself and you'll see huge difference in your life..
