Im struggling with drinking enough water wud it be the same if i add dilute orange juice ?????

    It's better to drink water why don't you drink the juice then afterwards have a glass of water and match it up and do this throughout the day? Do you not like water? x

    I know what you mean, I struggled with the amount of water at first, but if I dont drink enough I really suffer when it comes to going to the bathroom :-(

    Try to increase it gradually, thats what I have done over the past 10 days, I now manage 3 ltrs a day with no problem. Maybe you can have a slice of lemon in it? I would think it would be ok, it wont give much of a flavour, but it might help.

    Hope it gets a little easier for you soon, like it did me x

     On a plus note water does wonders for your skin.

    Ive tried lemon in it i just think it tastes vile, only way i can stomach it is with a little bit dilute orange in, i cant even drink 1 litre on its own, ive forced myself to drink it but its made me feel ill n want go be sick xxx

    I found it easier to drink if it was or of the fridge and much colder. I also couldn't drink it at first but it's a means to an end 😉

    Im struggling with green tea aswell, i cant drink anything other than schweppes lemonade, my waters always freezing as i keep it in my fridge av even added ice but hate it, whats bad about adding a teeny bit dilute orange ? Does it make it bad for u ?

    Have you tried just boiled water?I gave up both tea and coffee a couple of years ago and only drink boiled water in place of tea or coffee otherwise its straight from the tap.  I guess it also depends whereabouts you live we have lovely soft water so its lovely to drink, I cannot drink hard water and I detest bought bottled water smile
